Font Licensing

All fonts and digital products sold by Salamahtype are licensed, not sold. Your use of each font is subject to the specific license purchased.

The permitted uses, number of users, installations, commercial applications, and other rights depend on the license selected at the time of purchase.

Purchasing a font does not transfer copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights to you.

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license or with prior written permission from Salamahtype, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute the font files.
• Share, copy, or transfer the font files to third parties.
• Upload or make the font files publicly available.
• Modify, convert, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of the font files.
• Use the font beyond the permitted scope of the purchased license.
• Claim ownership of the font or its intellectual property.

Proprietary Rights

All fonts, typefaces, designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property provided by Salamahtype remain the property of Salamahtype or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a license grants you permission to use the font according to the terms of that license. It does not grant ownership of the font or its underlying intellectual property.

Digital Products & Refund Policy

Because our products are digital products that may be downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

We generally do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind.
• Accidental purchases.
• Failure to review the product description or license terms before purchasing.
• Purchasing a license that does not match your intended use.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
